How do I reserve my order?

Call, email or direct message.

How do I pay? Is there a deposit?

Cash, check or all major credit cards. 50 percent deposit is due at the time of order. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to the event. The deposit is refundable until two weeks prior. Order is finalized two weeks prior.

Are there delivery charges?

Delivery charges vary and are based on location, date and order.

Can I see the linen samples and/or order in person?

We do not have a public showroom, but we are more than happy to meet at a convenient location (typically a coffee shop) to go over options.

How long is the rental period?

Generally, you get your items the day before event and return the next day. For a Saturday event, you get items on Friday and return on Monday. Adjustments can be made if needed.

Will I need to iron my napkins or table clothes upon delivery?

No. Every linen provided is delivered table-ready for the big day.

Do I need to wash dishes?

No. Plates need food scrapped off and liquid dumped out of glasses. Then place the dirty plates, glasses, silverware into the crates provided.

Do I need to wash the linens?

No. Your linen order will come with laundry bags to return them in. Just throw the dirty linens in the provided bag after the event.
